Together with my husband David, we are proud owners of two properties on Maui. Since 2009 we have
enjoyed living "green" and entirely off the grid in Honolua area. Our logo is " In Rome do like Romans do",
and thus we are trying to have a lifestyle that combines cultural awareness and modern comfort.
I know what it means to go through buying and selling property; I know how it feels and what is at stake.
With a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in European affairs, I am trained to
understand your financial concerns related to purchasing or selling a home and I am able to advise on
complex financial decisions.
Studying and participating at a number of seminars on marketing techniques enables me to design a
marketing plan that will ensure maximum exposure for your property and thus reaching your goals from a
financial perspective.
I love new technologies and I implement them in my daily business: from electronic signatures and website
building to using videos for home inspections and final walk thrus.
I fluently speak French, Spanish and Romanian and I am very keen on learning Hawaiian.
Last, but not least I strongly believe that we all have to be active members of our community and we should
help each other. I enjoy very much being a volunteer for the right cause.
I have been a member of the Education Committee of the REALTORS Association of Maui and I have
coordinated the " Hot Topics in Lahaina" events.
I have also volunteered with Maui AIDS Foundation, Lahaina Library, Lahaina After School Programs
(tutoring 7th grade math) and participated in several events supporting our local schools.
